Note: Insta360 X5 provides 8K 30fps high-specification video recording mode. The camera's operating power increases, which may cause a sense of heat. This is normal, so please feel free to use it.

Precautions
- Before installing the temperature-controlled grip, make sure the camera is clean and dry.
- Be careful when installing and removing the thermal grip to avoid scratching or damaging the camera lens.
- Do not attach or remove the Thermal Grip while shooting as this may affect image stitching.
- The Thermal Grip is not compatible with the following Insta360 X5 accessories: Stealth Dive Housing, Multi-Purpose Protective Frame, Water Sports Rope Holder, and Microphone Windshield.
