Delivery Policy
Delivery: Shipped via SF Express, ensuring your order is delivered safely and quickly.
Delivery area: We support delivery throughout Hong Kong. Delivery to some remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Delivery fee
We offer free standard delivery for orders over 799 yuan.
For orders under 799 yuan, a standard delivery fee of 40 yuan will be charged.
Delivery time
Standard delivery: Estimated delivery time is 2 business days after order confirmation.
Order processing time: Orders will be processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delays may occur on weekends and public holidays.
Other things to note
1. Delivery service in Hong Kong is available for both business and residential addresses. Post office addresses are not accepted.
2. Delivery services may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, location or other factors, and delivery times will be rescheduled.
3. After payment is completed, we will arrange delivery as soon as possible during office hours. After the goods are shipped, the customer will receive an email from the system at the email address provided, notifying the customer of the package's export date and tracking number.
4. Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If no one signs for the goods when they are delivered to the recipient's address, the customer may request redelivery, and the cost of arranging redelivery will be borne by the recipient.
5. Please inspect the goods upon receipt. If there is any damage, please refuse to accept the package or request that it be returned to the sender.
6. The delivery address shall be the address filled in by the customer. We will not be responsible for any delays or loss of goods due to inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.
7. If the received goods or quantities do not match the order, please call our customer service department within 3 business days of receipt. We will verify the delivery process with the logistics company. If the goods are lost or damaged during delivery, we will pursue compensation from the logistics company. We regret that we cannot provide further assistance for cases where contact is not made within this timeframe.
