The pet carrier is made of outdoor sports materials, making it easy to clean and durable. 
- Make sure the neck strap and belly band are roughly the same length on both sides to keep the camera level and prevent tilting.
- For best results, ensure the pet harness mount is installed correctly. If it's too loose, the camera may tilt. Pull the harness as tight as possible while still keeping your pet comfortable.
- If your pet shows any signs of discomfort or unusual behavior, remove the pet harness support.
- Please install the camera according to the instructions to prevent it from falling accidentally.
- If you are not shooting from a rear viewpoint, remove the rear seat to reduce the weight of the seatbelt and avoid potential accidents.
- The aspect ratio of GO 3S footage is 16:9 when mounted horizontally and 9:16 when mounted vertically. The aspect ratio of GO 3 footage will not change when mounted horizontally or vertically; it needs to be manually adjusted in the settings.
- After installing the motion stand, ensure that the top microphone and bottom speaker of the GO 3S or GO 3 are not obstructed to ensure optimal audio quality.
- When installing or removing the GO 3S or GO 3, gently widen the motion bracket to fit the camera. Avoid excessive stretching to prevent deformation or breakage.
- The camera has heat dissipation on the back and will get hot during use. Avoid direct skin contact after use.
- If the 1/4" to 2-jaw adapter, standard bracket, or quick-release bracket slides or tilts when connected to the rear base, install anti-slip rings.
- When using the triple-claw mount, it is recommended to use anti-tilt accessories. Anti-tilt accessories are required when mounting the Insta360 X series camera onto the triple-claw mount.
- Once the side latch of the backrest extension support base is locked and the extension support is installed, do not apply force to the support to avoid damaging it and the locking mechanism.
- If the pet harness frame gets wet, wipe it dry before it soaks into the fabric, then use a hairdryer on a cool setting or place it in a cool, well-ventilated area to dry.
- The straps are not machine washable. If they get dirty, wipe them clean with a damp towel and then air dry in a cool, well-ventilated place. Do not soak or wash with bleach. Do not wring them dry or place them in direct sunlight to dry.
