1. The handlebar mount with rubber inserts fits 0.8-1.6 cm (0.32-0.63 in) diameter tubes. If the rubber inserts are removed, the handlebar mount fits 2.2-3.5 cm (0.87-1.38 in) diameter tubes. Do not use the handlebar mount with cameras weighing more than 300 g (10.58 oz).
3. On a flat surface, the recommended maximum speed when using a handlebar mount and chest strap is 60 km/h (37 mph). Avoid using the product on uneven or bumpy surfaces.

Precautions
1. The handlebar mount with rubber inserts fits 0.8-1.6 cm (0.32-0.63 in) diameter tubes. If the rubber inserts are removed, the handlebar mount fits 2.2-3.5 cm (0.87-1.38 in) diameter tubes. Do not use the handlebar mount with cameras weighing more than 300 g (10.58 oz).
2. The handlebar mount can only be installed on the handlebar or seat post of a bicycle. Please do not use it with other extension devices or selfie sticks.
3. On a flat surface, the recommended maximum speed when using a handlebar mount and chest strap is 60 km/h (37 mph). Avoid using the product on uneven or bumpy surfaces.
4. Do not use the chest strap with a camera that weighs more than 250 grams (8.8 ounces).
5. Using the included 1/4" mounting adapter, mount the camera according to how it will be mounted. Attach the anti-slip ring firmly to the threaded point.
