Instructions for use

1. Adjust to the most comfortable position.

2. Soften the red chewable part with boiling water for 45 seconds. Note: Do not immerse the entire stand in boiling water.

3. Bite down on the red chewable part for 30 seconds, until the soft rubber adheres to your teeth.

4. It is recommended to use the POV bite block with a lanyard to prevent accidental loss. As shown in the picture below, fit the loop of the lanyard onto the block and connect it.

Precautions

1. If you find that it does not match the shape of your mouth, please repeat steps 1-3.

2. Do not attempt to DIY the accessories and use them with the POV mouthguard.

3. The maximum weight supported by this bracket is 250 grams.
