Instructions for use:

unfold the tripod

Hold the selfie stick by the cylindrical part where the Insta360 logo is located, and press and hold the "Push" button on the bottom of the selfie stick to unfold the tripod. Do not force the tripod, as this may damage it.

Storage stand

Gently push the top of the selfie stick to retract it into the tripod. When holding the tripod selfie stick, be careful to avoid the areas shown in the image below to prevent pinching your hand.

Using a selfie stick

Follow the arrow direction and pull out from the top, stretching it to the desired length.
