Purchase Notes:

1. Please consult for information on the necessary information before placing an order. It is recommended to place an order only after you have clear information.

2. Glasses are exclusively for nearsighted users. They are not currently supported for farsighted users. It is recommended that farsighted users go to a professional offline store to get their glasses fitted.

3. Once the lens prescription is determined, production will proceed according to the order sequence. The delivery time will be determined in consultation with customer service.

For myopia of 50-1000 degrees and astigmatism of 50-200 degrees (standard lenses), orders will be shipped within approximately 5 business days after the order is placed and the lens prescription is confirmed.
For myopia of 1000-1500 degrees and astigmatism of 200-500 degrees (custom-made lenses), the order will be shipped within approximately 5-8 business days after the lens prescription is confirmed.
*Please note that custom-made lenses are sold in pairs. If the prescriptions for your left and right eyes are different, you will need to purchase two or more pairs of lenses.
*Please specify the required lens power in the order notes, in increments of 0.50 (excluding 0.25), based on international lens power standards.

4. Since lenses are custom-made products, they cannot be resold once they are made. Therefore, orders that have already entered the processing stage cannot be returned.

5. After-sales service is not supported for non-quality issues.

Non-quality issues are defined as: discrepancies with expectations, color differences, delayed delivery, slight size deviations, glasses being too heavy, or simply not liking it.
