- Avoid dropping the ND filter or subjecting it to strong impacts or contact with hard objects to prevent damage. If the ND filter is damaged, it should be replaced.
- Before installing an ND filter, ensure that the filter, camera lens, and surrounding surfaces are clean and dry.
- Please use the ND filter in a clean, dry environment.
- Before use, please ensure that the ND filter is securely screwed on.
- The camera lens protector must be removed before installing an ND filter. Store the lens protector properly for future use.
- When not in use, please store the ND filter in the provided box.
- Avoid excessive squeezing or pulling of the ND filter base during installation to prevent deformation or damage.
- ND filters may slightly affect the stitching effect of the camera. For best results, always try to point one lens at the subject.
- Due to its non-sealed construction, please avoid using the ND filter in rain or during water sports.
- To avoid fogging, if the ND filter comes into contact with rain, snow, or fog, please wipe it thoroughly with a soft cloth.
- ND filters contain magnets. Keep them away from potentially affected devices such as pacemakers to avoid interference.
- The camera will only display a notification when the ND filter is mounted on the side of the camera's touchscreen.
- ND filters are identified using a magnetic sensor. If an ND filter is not installed correctly, the camera may mistake it for another accessory. If this happens, please reinstall the filter correctly.
