- Do not open the diving shell when it is wet.
- After using an invisible diving shell in seawater, please clean it according to the following steps:
- Remove the camera and securely close the diving shell.
- Soak the submersible shell in fresh water for 5-10 minutes to prevent residual salt from crystallizing in the crevices. These salt crystals do not dissolve in water and can lift the rubber seals, causing leaks.
- Rinse gently under the tap. Never apply a strong stream of water from one direction, as this may cause leaks.
- After washing, wipe away any remaining water droplets with a soft, dry cloth and allow to air dry. Before wiping, ensure there is no sand on the diving shell, as sand may scratch the surface when wiping with a cloth.
- Do not use a hairdryer or any other heat source to dry it, as this may damage the diving shell.
- Do not use soapy water, neutral detergents, alcohol, or organic solvents (such as thinner or gasoline) to clean the diving shell, as this may reduce its waterproof performance.
- Do not rinse the inside of the diving tank while diving. Rinse it after the dive. After rinsing, dry the lens and visor with a clean towel and leave the diving tank open to air dry. Before using it again, ensure it is completely dry and free of moisture to prevent fogging.
- To prevent discoloration or staining of the diving shell, please avoid contact with cosmetics such as sunscreen, foundation, and hand cream.
- Do not store the diving shell in hot or humid environments. In particular, avoid leaving it inside a hot car.
- Store the diving tank in a dry, well-ventilated place.
- When using the Insta360 X5 Moonlight White underwater, please install a lens hood to avoid potential glare issues.
