Precautions
- Please use only official Insta360 batteries. Damage caused by third-party batteries will not be covered under warranty.
- Allow the battery to cool to ambient temperature before charging. Charging at temperatures above 40°C may cause expansion, leakage, overheating, or permanent damage.
- Do not expose the battery to liquid. If immersed in liquid, stop using it immediately and dispose of it properly after drying. Do not use the battery after it has dried.
- Avoid using or storing the battery in extreme temperatures. Prolonged exposure to high/low temperatures may shorten the battery life and reduce the battery life. Recommended storage conditions: -10°C~35°C, relative humidity <75%, up to 3 months.
- Do not store the battery in a fully discharged state to prevent irreversible battery damage due to over-discharge. Recharge once every 3 months to maintain optimal performance.
