Precautions
- Do not open the diving case if it is wet.
- After using the Stealth diving housing in seawater, please follow the steps below to clean it:
- Remove the camera and close the diving housing securely.
- Soak the housing in fresh water for 5-10 minutes to prevent residual salt from crystallizing in the crevices. These salt crystals will not dissolve in water and can lift the rubber seal and cause leaks.
- Rinse gently under the tap. Never apply a strong stream of water from one direction as this may cause leaks.
- After cleaning, wipe off any remaining water droplets on the surface with a soft dry cloth and let it dry. Make sure there is no sand on the diving case before wiping, as sand may scratch the surface when wiping with a cloth.
- Do not use a hair dryer or any other heat source to dry it as this may damage the housing.
- Do not use soapy water, neutral detergent, alcohol or organic solvents (such as thinner or gasoline) to clean the diving case, as this may reduce its waterproof performance.
- To prevent discoloration or staining of your shell, avoid contact with cosmetics such as sunscreen, foundation, and hand cream.
- Do not store your dive case in a hot or humid environment. Especially avoid leaving it in a hot car.
- Store your dive shell in a dry, well-ventilated area.
