Precautions
- Please use only official Insta360 batteries. Insta360 is not liable for any accidents or damages caused by the use of third-party batteries.
- After use, allow the battery to cool to room temperature before charging. Charging at temperatures above 40°C (104°F) may cause swelling, leakage, overheating, or damage.
- Keep batteries away from liquids. Do not immerse in water. If batteries get wet, allow them to dry completely and do not use them again.
- Avoid storing the battery in extreme temperature environments, as this may reduce battery life and shorten runtime. Recommended storage conditions: -10°C–35°C (14°F–95°F), up to 3 months, humidity below 75%.
- Do not store the battery after it has been fully discharged. Perform a charge-discharge cycle approximately every 3 months to maintain optimal performance.
