To ensure compatibility between the camera and remote control, please update the official firmware to the latest version regularly. Connect the remote control to the Insta360 App to check for new firmware.
Open the Insta360 App, go to "Me > Device Settings > Accessory Settings" and connect the remote control. If there is a firmware update available, please follow the on-screen instructions.
