Insta360 GO 3/GO 3S Dive Case

Before use:

① To ensure the diving shell performs optimally, please update the camera firmware to the latest version before use.

② Please read this document carefully and prepare the diving case properly before use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the camera, battery, or other parts, for which Insta360 assumes no responsibility. Please use this product responsibly to avoid accidental damage.

③ Improper maintenance may affect product performance. Before each use, it is recommended to securely close the diving case (without inserting the camera) and immerse it in water to check for leaks, as described below: Lock the diving case, then slowly immerse it in water. If air is expelled from inside the diving case, stop immersing it and operate the button for 2-3 minutes to check for air bubbles. Remove the diving case from the water, thoroughly dry it with a soft, dry cloth, then open it and check for water inside.

Note: The diving hull must not be submerged in water deeper than 30m (98ft) without the camera attached, otherwise it may be damaged.

④ When sealing the submersible housing, ensure that there are no foreign objects in the part of the submersible housing that comes into contact with the rubber seal, and that the rubber seal has not detached from the edge of the submersible housing.

⑤ Never open or close the diving hull in areas with a lot of sand, dirt, dust, or other small particles. Otherwise, the performance of the diving hull will be affected, and the camera may be damaged.

⑥ The diving shell is not shockproof. Applying strong vibrations, impacts, or pressure to the product may cause damage, malfunction, or a decrease in its waterproof performance.

⑦ When using the GO 3/GO 3S in the diving shell, you can dive to a maximum height of 2m (6.56ft). The diving shell prevents falls from a maximum height of 1m (3.28ft) onto solid ground.

⑧ Glue may be visible inside the outer edge of the diving shell lens. This is normal and will not affect the waterproof performance.

maintain:

① Do not open the diving tank when it is wet.

② After using this product in seawater, remove the camera and immerse the diving shell in fresh water for 5-10 minutes. If the diving shell is not cleaned after use in seawater, residual salt may cause leakage. After immersing the diving shell in fresh water, gently rinse it under running water. Do not apply high-pressure water from one direction, as this may cause leakage.

③ Ensure the diving tank is tightly closed before cleaning. After cleaning the diving tank, wipe away any remaining water droplets with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use a hair dryer, clothes dryer, or stove to dry it.

④ Ensure there is no sand on the diving shell before drying. Sand may scratch the product surface when wiping with a cloth.

⑤ Do not store the diving tank in high-temperature or humid environments. In particular, do not leave it inside a hot car.

⑥ Do not use soap, neutral detergents, or alcohol-based cleaning products to clean the diving tank. This may reduce its waterproof performance.

⑦ Do not use organic solvents (such as diluent, alcohol, gasoline) to clean the diving hull.

⑧ Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated place.
