How to use:

1. Screw the 1/4" screw on the wrist strap into the 1/4" mounting point on the bottom of the selfie stick.

2. Put your hand through the wristband.

3. If you are wearing an adjustable watch band, you can adjust the length until it feels securely wrapped around your wrist.

Note:

1. Make sure the wrist strap is securely screwed into the Selfie Stick. If it feels loose, retighten it.

2. Try to avoid dropping the selfie stick to avoid damaging the wristband or the selfie stick.
