How to use:

1. Adjust the headband to the appropriate size. Rotate the front bracket to adjust its direction.

2. Use the 1/4" screw to secure the camera (sold separately) to the front headband bracket. Put the headband on your head.

Note: A camera can also be mounted on the rear bracket of the headband.

Precautions:

1. This headband is compatible with various Insta360 action cameras. The maximum load capacity for an external camera is 250g.

2. Users can choose whether to use a compatible co-directional extension connector based on the shape and size of the camera.

3. When using a camera with a 1/4" screw mount on the bottom (such as the ONE X2), the included 1/4" screw adapter is required.

4. Please install the headband according to the instructions. Do not attempt to install other accessories yourself.

5. After use, please air dry the headband and store it in a dry, cool, and ventilated place.
