Return and Exchange Policy
We have a 7- day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the time you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), customized products (e.g. special order or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Returns
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original form of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
